I was charged but the trial hasn't ended

Email us your Apple ID (the email tied to your App Store account) and we'll take a look at your subscription status right away.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not us: on your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pump Bunny Pro → Cancel Subscription.
