Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pump Bunny ("Pump Bunny," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Jorge Hurtado, an individual based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Pump Bunny mobile application (the "App"). We built the App to keep as much of your data on your own device as possible — this policy explains exactly what leaves it, and why.

1. Information You Provide

To personalize your workouts and nutrition plan, the App asks you to enter:

• Body profile information: gender, age, height, current weight, target weight, and fitness goal.
• Nutrition profile information: work schedule, activity level, meal preferences, food allergies, dietary restrictions, and digestive sensitivities.
• Workout and nutrition activity: routines you complete, sets and weights you log, meals you mark as eaten, and water intake you log.
• App preferences: language, theme, and unit settings (kg/lbs, cm/ft).

This information is considered health-related personal information. We treat it as sensitive and only use it for the purposes described in this policy.

2. Where This Information Is Stored

The information above is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server or database that stores your body profile, nutrition profile, or activity logs. If you delete the App, this data is deleted along with it (unless it was included in your device's own backup, e.g. iCloud device backup, which is controlled by Apple, not us).

3. Subscription & Purchase Information

If you subscribe to Pump Bunny Pro, your payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment card details. To manage entitlements (i.e., to know whether you have an active subscription), we use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, which receives an anonymous device/subscriber identifier and your purchase/subscription status. 4. What We Don't Collect

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or crash-reporting tools. We do not access your Apple Health data. We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.

5. Notifications

If you enable water reminders, the App schedules local notifications directly on your device using your wake/sleep/workout times. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device and are not sent through a remote push server, so no notification content or schedule leaves your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Because your body profile, nutrition data, and activity logs are stored locally on your device, you can access, change, or delete most of this information at any time directly within the App (Settings → Body Profile, or by deleting the App). For requests related to your subscription/purchase data held by RevenueCat or Apple, or any other privacy question, contact us at support@pumpbunny.fit and we will assist you.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over your personal information — for example, under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) if you are in Canada, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are in the European Economic Area or UK, or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) if you are a California resident. We will honor applicable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information to the extent required by the law that applies to you.

If you are not satisfied with our response, Canadian users may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. International Users

Pump Bunny is operated from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you use the App from outside Canada, be aware that any information transmitted to the third-party services described above (such as RevenueCat, for subscription status) may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your own country.

9. Security

We rely on Apple's platform security (device encryption, sandboxed app storage) to protect the data stored locally by the App. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
